The plastic is uniquely designed with an inner layer that contains active VCI inhibitors. When a metal product is packaged in the bag, a protection layer is formed that passivates the metal surface. The outer layers help to keep the protection in the bag. The result? Long-lasting protection against corrosion during both transport and storage, which does not require any cleaning when components or metal parts are to be put into use.

Cortec VCI Hood
The rust protection hood is used in standard pallets as rust-proof packaging. Available as standard in full and half pallet formats and in various heights as well as a large number of customized dimensions.
Cortec VCI Bag
Corrosion-resistant packaging with VCI, such as bags for smaller volumes and single-piece packaging. Thickness: 100 my as standard.
Cortec VCI Shrink film
Shrink film is a durable plastic film that is formed into a tight and protective package. The film contains protective VCI and UV protection, making it ideal for long-term outdoor storage and tough transport. Thickness: 180-200 my. Supplied on rolls in various widths.
Cortec VCI Bubble Film
Bubble wrap with VCI rust protection, for shock and impact protection, stowage padding and as packaging padding. Protects most metals against corrosion. Supplied on rolls in various widths, or as a bag.
