The plastic is uniquely designed with an inner layer that contains active VCI inhibitors. When a metal product is packed in the bag, a protective layer is formed, which passivates the metal surface. The outer layers help keep the protection in the bag. The result? Long-term protection against corrosion during both transport and storage, which does not require any cleaning, when components or metal parts are to be used.

Cortec VCI Pallet Bag
The rust protection caps are used in standard pallets as rust-proof packaging. Available as standard in full and half pallet formats and in different heights as well as a large number of customized dimensions.
Cortec VCI Pose
Corrosion-resistant packaging with VCI, such as bags for smaller volumes and individual packaging. Thickness: 100 my as standard.
Cortec VCI Shrink Film
Shrink film is a durable plastic film, which is formed into a diffusion-tight and protective packaging. The film contains protective VCI as well as UV protection, which makes it ideal for long-term outdoor storage and hard transport. Thickness: 180-200 microns. Supplied on rolls in different widths.
Cortec VCI Bubble Film
Bubble foil provided with VCI rust protection, for shock protection, storage spacers and as packaging padding. Protects most metals against corrosion. Supplied on rolls in different widths, or as a bag.
With a VCI solution, you minimize rust attack at the same time as you save time on unnecessary cleaning of materials and components from oils and fats.
