Circuit board varnish

At Tribotec, we offer a first-class range of solutions with silicone protective varnish, for circuit boards. Silicone circuit board varnish is a quick and economical method for large production runs. It is also a good method if casting becomes too expensive or too heavy.

Circuit board varnish made of silicone has also been shown in tests to provide strong, better protection against corrosion, among other things, than conventional varnishes, especially in a saltwater environment. For products that will be left outdoors, silicone is probably the best option for climate protection. Depending on how large series are to be produced and what speed the production is to maintain, we have several different protective varnishes to choose from. All are solvent free.
